For any of the rating categories (except for 'D'), AK&M Rating Agency provides an outlook conveying its opinion on the possible reliability rating upgrade or downgrade on the middle-term horizon. The outlook may be positive, stable, or negative.

As a more precise rating instrument, AK&M Rating Agency may use three additional tiers represented by the figures 1, 2, and 3. Tier 1 indicates the higher end of its respective generic rating category.

The rating outlook and the rating sub-category tier are separate rating components which do not depend on each other.
